NEW MEDICAL SIGN described:
Worm Stare™
First described by Stefan Hartmann, PA-C – Dec-2025
Rather than an actual parasitic worm in brain causing encephalitis this Worm Stare does not have an infectious cause.
Definition:
A vacant, dead-eyed, 1000-yard stare that hits instantly when someone hears something that goes against years of meticulous brainwashing.
Classic triggers:
💉 “There’s no true long term randomized placebo control trial on vaccines.”
🌡️ “Please don’t give Tylenol every time your kid has a fever. Fever is part of the immune response.”
✈️ “The twin towers didn’t collapse from planes.”
Physical exam findings:
- Eyes: wide, unblinking, fixed forward
- Mouth: slightly open (extra points if mask still dangling under chin like a feed bag)
- Mid-chew french fry suspended in time
- Zero soul detectable
Differential:
- Mini-stroke (ruled out — full recovery upon watching CNN)
- Acute soybean oil mayonnaise crash
- Existential crisis from learning health requires effort
Prognosis:
Poor. Highly predictive of:
❌ Voting for democrats
❌ 1-star review “Doctor said vaccines bad & refused to treat fever!!”
❌ Return at 58 with T2DM, osteoporosis, wondering why nothing worked
