Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation with Dori at Iron DPC


Dori Grace is the founder of Somatics & Soul and holds multiple certifications in breathwork, somatic practices, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. She helps individuals improve their health, resilience, recovery, and overall well-being through practical, evidence-informed techniques that can be integrated into everyday life. She is offering nervous system and breathwork training now at Iron DPC office and virtually.

Using breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and body awareness techniques, Dori teaches simple, sustainable tools that support stress management, recovery, performance, and overall quality of life.

Whether working with athletes, individuals navigating health challenges, or those seeking greater balance and vitality, her goal is to help people feel more connected, capable, and confident in their body's ability to adapt and thrive.


BREATHE BETTER: PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY

Your breathing affects far more than your lungs. It influences endurance, recovery, focus, resilience, and how your body responds under pressure.

In this 40-minute session, participants will learn breathing techniques, body awareness practices, and simple movement-based exercises designed to improve performance, support recovery, and build a stronger connection between mind and body.

Whether someone is a competitive athlete, weekend warrior, or simply wants to feel stronger and more energized, they will leave with practical tools they can immediately apply to training, recovery, and everyday life.

At the end of the session patients are offered the opportunity of using the Sauna or Red Light Therapy or even cold plunge. 

BREATHE BETTER: ASTHMA, COPD & LONG COVID SUPPORT

Living with breathlessness can be frustrating, exhausting, and sometimes overwhelming.

This 40-minute session combines breathing training, mindfulness, and body awareness practices designed to help participants feel more comfortable, confident, and in control of their breathing.

Participants will learn practical techniques that may help improve breathing efficiency, reduce feelings of breathlessness, and support overall well-being. They will leave with a personalized plan and simple tools they can continue using at home. 

At the end of the session patients are offered the opportunity of using the Sauna or Red Light Therapy or even cold plunge. 

BREATHE BETTER: STRESS, SLEEP & RESILIENCE

Your breathing is one of the most powerful tools available to influence how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.

In this 40-minute session, participants will learn breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and simple somatic exercises that help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and build resilience in daily life.

At the end of the session patients are offered the opportunity of using the Sauna or Red Light Therapy or even cold plunge. 

Whether someone is navigating a busy schedule, health challenges, caregiving responsibilities, or simply feeling overwhelmed, they will leave with practical tools to help them feel more grounded, rested, and resilient.

The regularity of the sessions will be personalized to the patient with Dori.  Most individuals benefit from 4 sessions.


Each session is 40 minutes one on one with Dory, followed by the opportunity to utilize the Human Performance Arena. The charge is $70 for Iron DPC Members and $100 for non-members.

You can purchase the session here and then you will be able to schedule on the Breathwork booking calendar. Iron Direct Primary Care members can simply go ahead and book on the Elation breath work calendar and we will invoice you for the session.
