Elizabeth is a Physician Associate with a passion for functional and integrative medicine and helping patients understand the why behind their health—not just treating symptoms as they come up.

Before becoming a PA, Elizabeth completed training through FMCA (Functional Medicine Coaching Academy), NTA (Nutritional Therapy Association) and NBC-HWC, and spent six years working as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Her background in functional medicine, nutrition, behavior change and motivational interviewing continues to shape the way she practices today. As someone who has previously overcome Lyme, babesia, Hashimoto’s and severe mold toxicity herself, she knows firsthand that the best healthcare happens when patients feel heard, understand what’s happening in their bodies, and have realistic tools to improve their health.

Elizabeth earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University and has completed additional advanced provider training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She has a particular interest in metabolic health, nutrition, thyroid and gut health, cognitive function, and stealth infections like Lyme disease and co-infections—and genuinely loves digging into labs and connecting the dots between seemingly unrelated symptoms.

Her approach is evidence-informed, curious, and practical: she believes foundations such as nutrition, movement, sleep, and lifestyle are our most powerful tools, while also recognizing when conventional medicine is the right tool for the job.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find Elizabeth traveling somewhere new, drinking too much coffee, singing, spending time near the ocean, strength training, playing tennis, hunting down a great gluten-free restaurant, or listening to yet another health podcast.

Elizabeth has moved to Melbourne and joins Iron DPC and will take over most of Jason's patient panel. Jason has permanently moved to Tampa and his last day is October 15th 2026. Elizabeth will begin seeing the patient panel and offering appointments on Monday October 19th.

Some patients will be notified that they will be switched to our NP Ashley Curtis as well.

Elizabeth sees ages 1-100+ so all the family plans and pediatrics <12 will go to her care.

Patients interested in becoming patients can pre-register with her online.
