
Beef Tartar is a delicious, filing appetizer that can be consumed before the meal or as a meal itself.
It can be consumed alone or with crackers or sourdough bread. It's gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free.
What you'll need:
3 teaspoons of organic Worcestershire Sauce
1 to 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of organic Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons of organic Capers
2 Tablespoons of freshly chopped organic Parsley
2 Tablespoons of freshly chopped organic Shallots
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 oz Grass-fed Sirloin (you want a very lean cut for this)
2 Pastured Eggs Yolks
Directions:
Chop sirloin into cubes or very small pieces -- I find it's quicker and easier with scissors
Chop Parsley and Shallots
Combine all ingredients into a bowl until well-combined
Enjoy it by itself or serve with sourdough
Optionally, you can serve it with an egg yolk on top!
